Are those prices on the web including VAT and service charge?

     - All those price on the web are net per room per night. But for the Package Tour prices are per person and do not include some special fee or service charge (if any) I.e., Extra Bed, Gala Dinner, or long weekend and peak season surcharge etc. Be aware for the price per person, please in put the number of guest for those prices.

How can I know that I already got the discount or promotion?

     - For promo code, the price on the web will show the discount amount and calculate for you before paying by credit card on the web. For other promotion, the showing prices are already discounted price i.e. non-refundable price, early bird promotion or stay more than one night. Please read the condition carefully for each promotion price.

How to check hotel rate and make booking?

     - The price on the web could be changed due to the occupancy of the room of each hotel. You go to the Home page and search for the hotel price by input hotel name, check in date, number of nights, and number of persons after that select “Check Rate” then the price of each room type will be shown. You have to select room type and then click “Next” in order to input guest details.

How can I make the payment?

     - There are 2 methods for payment;
1) by credit card (Visa, Master or JCB), you have to click “ Pay Now” then the webpage of Kasikorn payment gateway will pop up. The secure page need you to fill in your information and may need your verify by asking some private questions. After that you are waiting for confirmation from us by sending you the Voucher by email.
2) by money transfer to our Thai Bank Account, you have to click “Pay Later” then we will check availability and send you the quotation and bank details in order to make payment by money transfer. After that you are waiting for confirmation from us by sending you the Voucher by email.

What are the Services Charged and Fees?

     - To facilitate the transaction with the hotel was charged as Services Charged i.e. any changeable or cancellation. The Fees from your credit card payment and financial transactions was included.

Where can I see the Terms and Conditions for booking cancellation?

     - The Terms and Condition for booking cancellation is on the booking webpage. There are the specific numbers of days prior to the check in date when you can cancel the booking without any fees.

Any charged for cancel the booking?

     - Yes, after you got the Voucher and need to cancel. The fees are depending on the room type, promotion, and seasoning period etc. which will show in the Terms and Conditions.

When can I get the money back if the room is not available or cancel the booking?

     - payment by credit card, If you cancel after got the Voucher, we have to inform our bank which it will take about 10 business days to pass the transaction to your bank. After that your bank may take 10-15 days to refund to your account. You could see the debit amount and credit amount from “Choowap” in your statement. If the room is not available, we will refund your transaction which will take about 10 business days to release your credit line. This transaction will not show on your statement.

     - payment by bank transfer, please inform your bank account details to us. After that we will transfer money to your account within 7 business days.

How can we get the receipt?

     - Please inform us after you make the payment, we will issue the receipt and send to you after your check out date.
