We have stayed many times in YaYa and every time we observe a problem in some room (such as a broken light bulb or tap) and nobody comes to fix it despite promises. It seems most of the staff generally don't care and try to avoid problems rather than help solve them. Last time we stayed nobody knew about our reservation when we arrived despite the fact that i was speaking with the lady who booked it for us 2 days previously only 20minutes before we arrived. This is such a pity as we really do like this resort otherwise.
