We stayed at the hotel from, 20th to 22nd April. Booked a table for dinner , at 8.30pm to be told at 9.15pm, we close, at 9.30. The waiter brought our main course at 9.15pm, at the same time, brought our bill. i said i may want to order a dessert, he laughed, told his colleagues, saying they want to order a dessert. I paid the bill immediately, leaving most of our main course, which wasnt very nice, anyway. May i suggest some of your younger staff in your restaurant are letting the rest of your team down. We had excellent service from the maid who cleaned the room. excellent service from reception. The grounds of the hotel are well looked after. Very nice views, the gardens, swimming pool , Excellent. The only thing that needs immediate attention is your staff who work in your restaurant. My wife and i got the impression they didnt care. All they wanted to do was finish there shift. Very disappointing. We only ate at the restaurant, once.

Very few sunbeds around the pool, towels were left on to claim the sunbed but noone appeared for hours

I was there twice and really loved it, esp the last time after the big renovation. Unlike the previous time, Railay Village looks more luxury and over my budget. Anyhow, the service remains excellent here.

Railay Village is on Railay West is the best view and nice beach of Railay. Have 2 swimming pool for our customer and have spa in this resort. For activites, you can snoking to Koh Poda, Koh Kai etc, kayaking, or swimming at the beach. Suitable for honeymooner, family with children and friend. For Spa villa have Jacuzzi in room is very beautiful. From Krabi Airport to Ao nammao pier or Klong jirat around 40 minutes. and froom pier to resort around 15 minutes with longtail boat rate is 60-80 Bht/person, departure every 8 persons in the boat.
